- Who qualifies
Real estate professionals considering a brokerage move, in any state. Producers with at least $5 million closed in the last 12 months, and qualifying team leaders or managers, are considered for this offer. Below-minimum applicants may share their goals for a separate review.
- What the meeting is
A recruiting and growth discussion with Leo about Let’s Grow Movement and eXp Realty. You are free to decide it is not a fit.
- The $50 offer
Approved, qualified participants receive $50 via Venmo or Apple Cash by the end of the meeting day after completing a meeting lasting a minimum of 30 minutes, regardless of whether they join. A shorter meeting does not meet the offer’s duration requirement. Applying below the production minimum does not automatically qualify you for the $50 offer.
- The growth plan
A personal 12-month growth plan is offered regardless of the decision to join. Outcomes are not guaranteed.
- Weekly capacity
A firm limit of five approved paid meetings per week. Leo reviews your information before confirming a paid meeting. Submitting an application does not reserve a slot.
